ハンバーグって冷凍しておくと楽ですよね。
前回はチーズを包んで焼きましたが、今回はシンプルに。
目玉焼きを載せたら、お子様弁当みたいになりました。

When I get busy with my work, or with other things,
I go hunting for "gold nugget" deep into my small freezer,
rather than taking a trip to the closest supermarket.
I do that often lately, and this time, I found two chunks of hamburger pate.
Mom made one for me, and I made the other myself quite long time ago.
Being responsible, I let my beloved husband had Mom's, and I had mine.
