食べ歩くのはスープカレー、お家ではルーカレーと決めています。
新婚当時はニンニクやショウガをいためるとことから始め、ワインやソースなど、
いろんな物を入れていましたが、夫から「なにもしないシンプルなのが好き」と
聞いてから、ルーの箱に書いてある通りの作り方にしました。
今日のもそんなシンプルなルーカレー。
明日はカレーパンにします。

I wanted to make this curry and rice bento ever since I got this container.
Japanese curry and rice is no more similar to the Indian curry,
and it can be called a Japanese dish, I guess.
You can cook it very easily if you use the ready-made curry roux,
and that's how all Japanese moms make the dish.
Every supermarket has a wide variety of the roux, and you might take sometime choosing one.
