いつも「これくらいなら」と入れていたご飯を今日はきっぱりあきらめました。
聞くところによると、その旦那さんはお家では納豆、トマト、モズク酢しか食べないとか。
やっぱりやる時はやらなくちゃ結果も出ず、ズルズルになるのかも。
ねこも低炭水化物のお弁当を頑張って作るから、一緒に頑張ろうねー。

ニンジンとゴホウの豚肉巻き
ウズラの卵の醤油煮
ヒジキ、えだ豆、油揚げ、ベーコン、ニンジンの煮物
焼き生揚げの味噌だれ
デザート: リンゴとパイナップル
I talked to a friend of mine whose husband has lost his weight by 10 kilos with low-carbo dieting.
I have been (and still is, to be honest) skeptic about the dieting,
and I really didn't want him to be into it too far.
However, if I kept making him eat some rice and wheat everyday,
he might have to be on the diet forever.
I gave up cooking rice today.

burdock root and carrot rolled with pork
quail egg, boiled and cooked in soy sauce and sweet sake
hijiki (seaweed), young soybean, fried tofu, bacon, and carrot cooked in sweet soy sauce
pressed tofu, grilled with miso sauce
Dessert: pineapple and apple
