間違いなく美味しいのだけど、このソースをまじめにつくると一日がかりになります。
今回はお家にあった野菜をトマトとトマトジュースでコトコトと煮詰めて簡単ソースにしました。
チーズとレーズン入りの肉団子はレシピ通りですが、
夫は肉団子にレーズンが入っていたのが気になったそうで…。
次回はただの肉団子にしまーす。

I woke up early to make my husband's favorite.
He loves meatballs cooked in tomato sauce.
I dug into old recipes and found "Meat balls in Neapolitan sauce".
I've cooked it a couple of times, and I loved it.
But it turned out that my husband prefers simple meatball to this one with cheese and dried raisin.
No trouble at all, I would make it simple next time.

meatballs, summer veggies, and mushroom, cooked in tomato sauce
Dessert: apple and grapefruit
