今回はモヤシを一袋入れようと考えて作ってみたら、
やっぱりコレも「ご飯用」のおかずでした。
今日も下に薄っすらとご飯を敷く結果になりました。

as it must be alfalfa sprout in the states.
Soybeans sprout is fat and crispy, and have to be boiled or stir-fried.
My sister and Mom take off all the sprouts' heads and roots before they cook.
It sure looks better and tastes much better when treated that way.
This morning, as I had a day off, I started picking heads and roots.
To finish one pack, it took me twenty minutes.
And I ended up making coffee in haste, as usual.
