今週はサンマ尽くしの予感…。
ということで、一回目はサンマの鳴門揚げを作りました。
三枚におろしたサンマに大葉と梅肉をたたいたものをぬり、山芋入りの衣をつけてじっくり揚げます。
梅の塩味がきいて、私は好きな1品なんですがー。
普段から梅干と大葉を食べない夫でも、こんなに加工しちゃったら大丈夫じゃないか、
と目論んでいたところ、駄目だったようです。
ごめんね~。もう大葉は入れないからね。

I bought five frozen saury for 200 yen, which was too good a deal to pass.
I filleted three of them, and boiled the rest in soy sauce.
It's gonna be all saury week this week.
One of my favorite saury dishes is Naruto-fry.
You paste pickled plum on one side of saury fillet and roll with green perilla,
dip in batter, then deep fry.
I thought my husband would like it, but I was wrong.
He doesn't like pickled plum, and he can't eat green perilla.
I knew he didn't like them, but never thought he couldn't eat.
Well, I'm sorry, and I would never put them in your bento box.
