郵便受けに入っていたとんかつ屋さんのチラシに釘付けになっていた夫をみて、
今日はとんかつにしました。
お家でとんかつを食べると二人分でもペロッと食べてしまうので、
お弁当に入れるほうがずっといいのです。
生野菜は少量の塩で揉んでガサを減らして詰め込みました。
キュウリを殆ど食べない夫も、今日はとんかつに免じて食べてくれることでしょう。

寒天ごはん
とんかつ、シイタケとネギの衣つきフライ
カボチャとピーマンの素揚げ
キャベツの千切り
キュウリのツナ和え
My husband loves breadcrumbed and deep-fried pork cutlet.
I do not cook that much for I know he's trying to lose some weight.
If I cooked it home, he could ask for a second or a third help, and I hate to say no.
But if it's in bento, he knows his share as soon as he opened the bento.
I wish and wish that the day will come soon when he doesn't need to worry about how much and
what to eat for his health, and I will enjoy cooking what he likes,
and together, we'll enjoy eating.
