New City Residence Investment Shareholders’ Group Activities Completed

In view of the merger of New City Residence Investment Corporation and BLife Investment Corporation (TSE 8984) formally scheduled on April 1, 2010, the New City Residence Investment (NCRI) Shareholders’ Group hereby announces that it has completed its mission and will therefore cease activities. We would like to thank the thousands of people across Japan and worldwide who gave us encouragement and support.

Finally, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Thomas R. Zengage who provided the NCRI Shareholders' Group with invaluable advice and support with respect to helping convey our message to all parties concerned. Without Mr. Zengage's contributions, we would have certainly been far less effective.

ニューシティレジデンス投資法人の株主グループの活動終了

ニューシティレジデンス投資法人とビ・ライフ投資法人の合併（予定日：平成22年4月1日）に伴い、本投資法人株主グループ（ニューシティレジデンス投資法人、NCRI株主グループ）はここにその役割を終え、その活動を終了する事を発表致します。

本投資法人は、日本全国並びに世界各国の関係者のご理解とご支援に感謝申し上げます。

又、全関係者への適切な情報提供に際して、NCRI株主グループに貴重な助言と協力を頂いたトーマス・ゼンゲージ様に心より感謝申し上げます。彼の協力が無ければ、ここまでの結果に至らなかったと思います。
