北海道が一昨日梅雨明けしたと思われます。
I think Hokkaido has been rainy season the day before yesterday.
札幌で１６日連続の降雨は、観測史上最長です。
Rainfall 16 consecutive days is the longest recorded history in Sapporo.
蝦夷梅雨（えぞつゆ）が明けたとは言え、やはりここは北海道。
Ezo rainy season, though it still is Hokkaido.
日中の最高気温が２０℃を超えても、湿度は５０％。
Maximum temperature during the day is more than the 20 ℃, humidity 50%.
おまけに北からの風が強いので、半袖だと寒く感じることもあります。
And wind from the north, so strong, we may feel cold it's short sleeves.
太平洋高気圧が北に張り出してくると、湿度も上がり暑く感じます。
High-pressure system in the Pacific Ocean as they come overhang north, we feel hot and the humidity rises.
でもなあ、今年は冷夏の予報だからなあ。
