Let me introduce to you about Snow Crab today.
水深200～600mの深海にいます。
It's in deep sea water depth of 200m ~ 600m.
ズワイガニは脚が細く、身の量は少ないです。
Legs slender snow crab, the amount of body is less.
さてここからは、私の個人的な嗜好を書きます。
Well from here, I'll write a personal preference of mine.
ズワイガニはカニの中では一番美味しいです。
Snow crab is the most delicious in the crab.
その身は非常に甘みが強く、カニの旨みを存分に楽しめます。
Sweet very strongly that body, we fully enjoy the taste of the crab.
新鮮なズワイガニは殻を剥いて
Fresh snow crab you can eat
刺身で食べることができます。
sashimi in the strip outer shell.
また、殻を剥いて
It's also very tasty,
カニしゃぶも非常に美味しいです。
even through the hot water to strip off the shell.
もちろん茹でてもとても美味しいです。
It's very delicious even if boiled of course.
ズワイガニのカニミソは非常に濃厚で美味、
The crab miso of snow crab is eaten with a spoon scoop
しかも量も多いのでスプーンですくって食べられます。
moreover so many quantity very rich and delicious.
タラバガニより安いですが、カニの中では一番美味しいです。
It's cheaper than king crab, but it's most delicious in the crab.
ただ、「松葉ガニ」や「越前ガニ」など
However, the price is higher "Matsuba crab", "Echizen crab" etc,
タグがつくと値段は高くなります。

ズワイガニは当たり外れがあまりありません。

茹でたズワイガニが売られていたら、
