What's a FANNY POP! collectible? A vinyl figure that's individually priced and published based on the popularity of the first toy. If you want one of these extremely popular and highly collectible collectibles, there are lots of sources.
The first place to begin for any collector of Pop! Figures would be eBay or Amazon. Many people sell old toys on those auction sites, and you can get some really great deals if you're willing to look for them. However, caution should be used when purchasing a product like this via eBay or Amazon. Many times, unsuspecting customers are given bad information about the state of a collectible and then are surprised when they receive the figurine in the mail (or even worse, at an unexpected doorstep).
A great alternative is to start your own store devoted to your favorite characters, and your set of POP! figures in particular. Many of today's most popular figurine collectors began their collection in the 1990s, so it's easy to find an original POP! Vinyl figurine that fits into your collection. A couple of ideas are:
- Han Solo (PO2) - One of the most iconic stars of all time, Han Solo is a favorite of both young at heart. His ship, the Millennium Falcon, is always in pristine condition, and he always comes across as a humble, honest, and committed star who loves his family. Other favorite Han Solo figurine collectors include Chewy, Luke, and Princess Leia. This group of characters include few if any female characters, that is another terrific detail about this fan favorite. This is another excellent choice for lovers of Han Solo and his amazing journeys.
- Boba Fett (PO2) - One of George Lucus' favorite main characters from https://onemorepop.com/product/pop-dc-heroes-death-metal-batman-with-guitar-vinyl-figure/ Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, Boba Fett is a cute yellow robot with enormous eyes. As seen in a number of collectible product re-prints, Boba is also quite detailed. One of my favorite Boba figurines is released in 2021. The small robot is standing on top of a table. The table has two or three chairs underneath it. One of the chairs has a long clear plastic covering on the bottom which makes Boba easy to recognize.
- Princess Leia (TIE) - Another of Lucus' main leads, Princess Leia is the great Galactic leader of the First Order. She is known for her strong presence, as well as her impressive beauty. This is another great figurine to add to your collection, if you enjoy collecting Star Wars figurines in general! The nice thing about this particular figurine is that it comes in a number of different poses, allowing you to display her in different outfits from the first trilogy.
- Jawas are an interesting addition to your Star Wars collection. These furry creatures are part of the tribe of animals that were frozen during the time of the New Jedi Order. They are available on numerous Dark Unknown planet. This is a superb way to add some primitive world like appeal to your group, if you prefer Earthly subject matters. The Jawas are quite humorous, and this is a excellent example of that. They're portrayed as strong, yet funny, creatures, making them a great addition to any collection.
- Monsters, of course, always make great additions to a collection. This is not a surprise. Virtually all genre of collectibles have their own unique characters and characteristics. If you collect pictures, comic books, toys, or monsters, you will surely want a collection of these! It's just a very easy way to add to your collection!
