皆さん地震大丈夫でしたか？？

私は揺れている間

ストーブの火を消したり、

私の飼っているハムちゃん

を非難させていたよｗｗ

自分＜ハム

ですからｗ

でもそのハムちゃん

足を怪我してしまったみたいで

この頃びっこひいて歩いてるの（；－；）

もう飼って一年半たつよ・・・

治ってほしいな

最近少しの揺れでも

これは地震？と思っちゃう・・

怖いな・・

横に寝っころがっている時、

自分の心臓の揺れか

本当の地震か疑問に思う

早く平和な日々が戻って欲しいな

と心から思う・・

Emergency Earthquake Manual
This is a compilation of people's tweets that pertain to an earthquake emergency.

What to bring:

-Cash
-Personal ID
-Bank stamp, bank card and passbook, insurance card
-Drining Water (3L/person)
-Cell phone and portable charger

-Tissue
-Towels (around 5)
-Pocket-sized Hand/Body warmer
-Saran wrap
-Blanket
-Picture of your family (to help find if you lose touch with them)
-Whistle
-Glasses
-Medication
-iPod (to calm your nerves
-Sanitary pads (for women)

How to react during an earthquake:
-open windows and doors to secure passage ways
-put your bags in the doorway
-wear shoes with thick soles
-shut down the gas
-fill your bathtub with water
-cook rice
-charge your phone
-put down the electricity breaker
-keep phone lines open for emergencies
-use Skype or twitter
-use emergency message system Dial 171
-don't go near broken furniture or electronics
-keep aware of glass
-if there is a crack in the wall leave the building immediately
-avoid streets that are narrow, near a cliff, river, or ocean
-go to higher ground if you are near the ocean
-wear a helmet or at least a hat
-avoid polyester clothing as it is easy to catch on fire
-wear a facemask
-don't drive

Before an earthquake make sure:
-you have a helmet
-emergency food stock
-water
-first aid kit
-sleeping bag
-the emergency exit route
-public phones during emergency will go through and it will be free
Green analog public phones:just press the emergency button and place your call (international phone calls an exception)
Digital public phones: just pick up the phone and dial

How to use Emergency Dial 171
To leave a message:
1. dial 171
2. press 1
3. press your phone number
4. record your message

To check for messages:
1. dial 171
2. press 2
3. press the number of the person you want to check up on
4. listen to their recording
