最後に深呼吸🌱Last deep breath

1回目は最初のユニットの大地回春と同じように、手を横から上に、指先を空に伸ばした後、息をゆっくり吐きながら胸の前から腹へと手を下ろします🌱First, just as in the first unit, Spring comes again, stretch the hands side to up, and after stretching fingers toward the sky, breathe out slowly and put the hands before the breast down to the belly.

次は体の前で手の甲と甲を合わせ、手首までつけても痛くないかチェック→そのまま上に上げていき、掌を空に向けて押し上げるようにする→両手を横に広げて緩め、息をゆっくり吐きながら下まで下ろします🌱Next, face the backs of the hands to each other, and see if it doesn't hurt.→Shift them upward and turn the palms to the sky and push it up.→Open the hands to both sides, relax, breathing out slowly, and put them down.

最後は1回目と同じですが、指を上に伸ばしたら少しの間、首、肩、胸、背中、お腹、腰に余分な力が入ってないかチェックし、吸った息の中の元気の気を身体中に巡らせながら、ゆっくり吐く息に合わせて手を下ろします🌱The last is similar to the first, but when you stretch the fingers above, see for a while if you don't have any needless power in neck, shoulders, breast, back, belly, waist, and then, letting qi of energy in the breath going around your whole body, put the hands down as slowly as you breathe out.

この3つの深呼吸と前後して、站椿功などもします🌱With these three breaths, practice tien tong gong, and so on.

また、掌の労宮のツボを丹田の前に合わせて(男性は右手が上、女性は左手が上で)数回右回し、左回しするお腹のマッサージも呼吸を整え、気血をスムーズに巡らせます🌱And before tan tien, put a hand on top of another (for men right hand forward, and for woman left hand forward), and massage the belly both clockwise and counterclockwise several times.  It would make breathing, vigor and blood in good condition.
