ACP is advance care planning.
The day is people think to make their own decisions about their future changes growing old and terminal periods.
But people need to help this thinking.
Now some support systems are in place.
November 30th, November is 11th month. It’s called “ii “ is good, and 30th is called “mitori “ is the end of life.
ACP doesn’t appeal to old people in Japan. Then Japanese government says “the conference on the life”. I think the name doesn’t appeal to me.
Some doctors said people need behavioral programs. I think so, because when many old people have disease, they don’t decide their own treatment plans. Also then the doctor said people need ”consideration “ ,”changing of heart” is OK, and people avoid “regretting “.
These 3 words put Japanese.
“Kokorodumori”,”Kokorogawari”,”Kokoronokori”.
These 3 words appeal to me.
