In the beginning of the week, I thought that I could do some work at home and study for my doctoral course. However, my darling advised me, "Nao, you should try to have a rest, otherwise you cannot work and study properly." 
Yesterday, we got up late. Then we went to an Italian restaurant nearby in Niigata City. The policy of the restaurant is to use local vegetables. The lunch was very tasty.
The photo blow was taken in the garden of the restaurant. Actually, a tulip is the symbol of Niigata Prefecture. They are really beautiful, aren't they?
