Today we had 8 members participate for the workout on zoom. The menu was tough but everyone did well to keep fighting. We were all tired at the end but the feeling was good. I hope we can play rugby soon so let’s beat the coronavirus by staying home.
今日、8人のメンバーがズームワークアウトに参加しました。 メニューは厳しかったが、みんなが戦い続けました。 最後はみんな疲れていましたが気持ち良かったです。 ラグビーをすぐにプレイできることを願っているので、家にいることでコロナウイルスを倒しましょう。
