The CAS stages have 5 stages.
Investigation, preparation, action, reflection and demonstration.
I explain each stages.
On the stage of investigation, I can aware skills that I don't have and things that I have not experienced before.
On the stage of preparation, I can make a my aim and put my ideas into action.
On the stage of action, I can work on the activity that I could not experience. Also, I could notice that I can do and cannot do.
On the stage of reflection, I can make clarifications of the CAS activities buring the CAS experience.
On the stage of demonstration, I should share my CAS experiences.
