基本的な料理のスキルは長所である。自分の口を養って、なおかつ他の人の分まで作れるまでなれるようなスキルを若者一人ひとりが根本的なスキルとして身につけるべき。道を一人で渡ったり、トイレの後にお尻拭いたり、お金を託されるくらい信用されるといったことを成長していく中で学ぶように、とても重大なこととして扱われるべきだ。
ということですごい言葉（結構汚い言葉）が並んだ ライフレッスンでした。
個人的に思ったのは、
ーうそをつかない。
ー朝ごはんを誰かのために作ってみる。
ー家族でご飯を食べるって大事だなぁ。
ー性質を判断されそうなので、オムレツの作り方マスターしなきゃ。
