The way is reading fast as much as you can.

First you pick some English words up and then make sentences with those words.
(a book says that you pick 10words up. but I think It's too many)
For example you pick up "have" "cat" "he"
then make sentences with the three words as much as you can in two minutes.
"I don't know he is a cat lover but I heard he has a cat"
"Do you know when he decided to have a cat?"
"He and his cat are having lunch together"
"He said "having a cat is not easy"
"He has a cat named "TAMA"
I can do the game while I'm on my way office or home.

So I've tried many times but I couldn't keep doing.
