Cherry Blossom in 中目黒!!!!
やっと暖かくなりましたね
今日は中目黒に行ってきました。。。。
well, I go there every week for grocery shopping,bubble's hair cut and other stuffs
but today, I was there for cherry blossom
unbelievably crowded....I tried really hard to have pictures taken without anybody blocking me
anyways, it was beautiful!
I love 中目黒
it's a mixture of retro and chic
lots of cafes and restaurants
great place for 散歩 especially by the 目黒川and 商店街

I learned this on TV, what makes it so easy is that you don't need to spend 30 mins beating the whipping cream.
Ingredient: whipping cream (1 cup)
(I used soy whipping cream cuz I can't eat any dairy products)
sugar
espresso (1 shot)
apple sauce (2 table spoon )
biscuit (I used digestive biscuits)
cocoa powder
any container that you can seal it well, but make sure its large enough for you to shake it
(size of the container needs to be 3 times larger than the amount of whipping cream)
1)Place crushed biscuit in a cup
2)soak it with espresso
3)pour whipping cream, sugar and apple sauce in the container, seal it well and shake it hard
until it turned into whipped cream
4)place whipped cream above soaked biscuit
5)sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface
6)place it in the fridge for couple hours

that's it!
