Experience at Metairie,La. on customized philadelphia eagles Jersey 1/21/15, Lunch, Brittney
Restaurant was not crowded. My friend ordered Salmon 4/5 cut regular price and I wanted scallops shrimp server customized steelers Jersey said not
available. I asked for manager he never came our server came back and said it would be ok to order. Toward the end we ordered
coffee my customized steelers Jerseys friend wanted regular and I wanted decaf. My friends coffee was served, sugar given only when asked and I had to ask
for spoons which were put in the middle of the table (not on each side with a napkin) The server said my coffee was still perking.
My question is don't your restaurant have more than on coffee pot?? Then my friend had a $20.00 gift certificate and she told the
server to keep the change upon her return she explained the remainder would be a credit. My friend then gave her a cash tip.
This whole incendent is out of character since your food is a little pricey. Needless to say my friend will no longer by gift certificates or any of her extended family as well as mine. So disappointed since I really like Bonefish Grill. Thanks

My name is Anthony. A couple weeks ago my girlfriend, Dominique, and I visited the Bonefish Grill on Veterans Blvd. in Metairie, La. We parked then entered the restaurant and found the establishment's decor to be very unique. The restaurant was packed with people and the environment was very inviting. We were greeted immediately upon entrance and then given a short wait time. After about 12 minutes we were seated. We were then met with a warm welcome from our waiter Timothy. He was excellent the entire night. He offered drink recomendations, checked up on us regularly, and provided thorough knowledge of the drink list as well as of the overall menu. SAs for the food, Dominique had the Norwegian Salmon balanced with Mango Salsa and Asian vegetables while I enjoyed the the seafood stuffed Longfin Tilapia paired with lemon butter sauce and Asian vegetables. The food was well seasoned and cooked all the way through. We didn't have any complaints. Would reccomend this place to anyone, and ask for Timothy he was great!
