Today I worked on my final exam!!
Since we had to use lemon, I made Lemon meringue pie!! This is the first time to make it!!
So here's the recipe↓↓
The trick of this part is to mic the dough fast because you don't want to melt the butter.

You don't want to over mix. Once you see it's shaping, that's the sign it finished.
Put the meringue gently, and not to press hard.
This is what I made!! It's kind of sticky because of lemon and meringue, but the taste is very good!!
I'm proud of myself. I hope you'll like it!!
