Today I worked on my final exam!!
Since we had to use lemon, I made Lemon meringue pie!! This is the first time to make it!!

The trick of this part is to mic the dough fast because you don't want to melt the butter.

Step 2 : Make the filling

Using the grater to get the lemon zest. Much easier than using knife.

Using the technic we learnt at school to roll the dough.

Put the filling on top of the pie crust. Make sure it's not lumpy.

The very last thing is to make the meringue.
You don't want to over mix. Once you see it's shaping, that's the sign it finished.

Put the meringue gently, and not to press hard.

To make the meringue brown, put in the microwave for few minutes. Make sure it won't burn all over.

This is what I made!! It's kind of sticky because of lemon and meringue, but the taste is very good!!
