Montreal style bagels

Hi there guys!

What kind of bagels do you normally eat?

For me, to be honest, I have no idea haha.

I didn't even know what is the difference between "Montreal style bagels" and "New York style bagels"?

Montreal bagels are aka "the best bagels" in the world.

It's smaller, thinner, and sweeter than New York bagels.

So back to the topic, 

We made Montreal style bagels.

Took two days to make it!

This is before we baked it. 

Very soft, good looking.

Looking forward to see how does it looks like after we bake.

Ooooh, nice golden color!

We put sesame and poppy seeds.

Delicious!!
