A terrible incident at a Christmas party
A friend of mine had his wallet stolen at a Christmas party at his friend's home last year. When he noticed two people had left the party. The thief must have been one of them. So he checked the monitored video set at the entrance of the apartment, and as he expected he found a man taking his bag and leaving. The man had friended my friend on Facebook on the day of the party, so my friend reported him to police and they identified this man as the thief. The police said they would let him be for the time being, and arrest him when the opportunity arose. The thief knows that my friend reported him to the police, so he pretending to be innocent and often sends him messages to probe the situation. It's good that my friend is sure that this stupid thief will be caught someday, but I think it was really hassle for him to get his driver's license reissued, and cancel his credit cards at such a busy time of year.
