High tensile fence and trellis wire (field fence), maximum-tensile 200 high-tensile trellis wire, is an effective, dependable, low-cost knot field fence. High tensile fence and trellis wire is made of high-tensile wire, low carbon galvanized wire, hot dipped galvanized high carbon wire, low carbon cold galvanized wire or hot-dipped zinc-5% aluminum mischmetal wire. It has high elastic limit and great breaking strength, great support, strong rust resistance and is capable to fence animals like sheep, cattle, rabbits and chickens and others.
In addition, as its name implies, 12 1/2 gauge maximum-tensile 200 high-tensile trellis has a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 200,000 psi which is considerably high. In order to improve anti-corrosion property, its high-tensile trellis wire adopts perfect surface treatment:
Type I—Zinc-coated (galvanized) with coating;
Type II—Zinc-5% aluminum mischmetal (Zn-5Al-MM) alloy coated.
Type I coating may be produced by either a hot-dip or an electrolytic process at the option of the producer. Type II coating shall be produced by a hot-dip process.
