In Septembe 2022, found a cozy and pretty apartment nearby my house and fully renovated.
It is basically for foreign people who would stay in Japan for a while, maximum 12 months.

JPY100,000 including utilities (gas, electricity, and water)

JPY80,000 of Deposit (refundable if no damage or loss of property is found at moving out)
<Other>
JPY5,000 per additional person for utility
JPY20,000 of Cleaning fee (not refundable)
