Cafe au lait Daifuku


Jyoyo manju- mix Chinese yam and sugar, and wrap anko. Finally steam it for about ten mints. 


Cafe au lait ann is made from white bean paste, coffee and little water.  First,  make mochi dough and wrap frozen cream and anko.


If I remember how to make daifuku, I can make a lot of flavors like macha, goma and fruits.
