There are a lot of slim people in Japan compared with America and Europe. It is said that Japaneae men's average hight is 172 centimeters and weight is 64 kilograms, whereas American men's average hight is 178 centimeters and weight is 87 kirograms. Why do they so different? I considered three things, so I will explain about the reason why Japanese haven't gain easily.

     First, I tell you about Japanese food and resourceful. Japanese food is well known as healthy food. Compared with Europeans and American, Japanese don't eat alot. Moreover, Japanese worry about order of dish, for example at first, they eat salad to digest food easily.  Japanese foods are used a lot of vegetables, so many people can try it when they have lunch or dinner. In addition, Europeans and American use a lot of oil to make fried food. Japanese eat less fried food. Japanese eats less fried food than them. Moreover, the principal food of the Japanese is rice, but western people eat bread as principal food. Generally speaking, rice is more healthy than bread.

     Second, Japanese don't like too sweet food. There are a lot of people who likes sweet food in Japan, but I think western snack is too sweet to eat. Few years ago, my friend gave me souvenir. It was british snack. In appearance, it is colorful and cute, however its taste is terrible. It is too sweet for me. i couldn't eat it all of them. I like Japanese snack which is not too sweet. I think Japanese snack is not good appearance, but they make good use of food's material.

     Third, I tell you about education of food. In Japan, all eelementary school have a school lunch, so at the same time they have learned dietics since they are young, They studied about nutritive value; vitamin, animal or vegetable fat, protein and calcium. Thanks to learning these things, in the future, they can think about themselves balance of diet automatically. Japanese have a prenty of knowledge of diet.

     In conclusion, Japanese can't get fat easily compared with Europeans and American. It is said that, if Western come to Japan and stay for a long time, they can lose weight automatically. Moreover, they can be healthy. Japan has also many delicious foods, so if western have oppotunity, please come to Japan and get slim body with eating delicious foods.
