・筋肉の増強！
・抜群の体調！
等につながっているんですね！？

理論的にも実際的にもできません。残念ながらただの素人考えです。
脳はブドウ糖を消費しますが、（脳にブドウ糖が供給されない状態は非常に危険な状態ですので）脳はすぐに消費した分だけ血糖の上昇を要求してきます（カテコーラミンなどの物質を介して糖の血中への放出を促します）。
そのため勉強など脳を使う場合、むしろ血糖は上昇気味になります。インスリンを媒介しない（インスリンの分泌を促さない）ので上がった血糖は他の組織に取り込まれることもなく、その結果血糖は上昇気味になるのです。
つまり、脳の活動は糖の消費と血糖上昇を誘発させるので、単純に高血糖に対してはむしろよくないことです。ですから、高血糖の人は頭は使わずにリラックスしているだけで血糖は若干下がります。
もちろん糖を供給する在庫（肝臓のグリコーゲンなど）が無くなっている状態では脳を使えば血糖は下がりますが、これはもはや栄養低下状態ですので高血糖ではない状態です。
