Why Japanese toilets are the best in the world
As the advance in technology has brought us confront and convenience, toilets are no exception. In practice, Japan is undoubtably in the forefront of its developments. As the positive reputation follows the suit, no one would disagree that Japan has the most wonderful toilets in the world.
Japanese citizens have the strongest bond when it comes to creating imposing bathrooms. According to some interesting measures, the well-known traditional Japanese toilet or what we call “Washiki- bathroom”, first came under light in the Taisho period, 1914. As the design fit human body mechanics, it enabled Japanese people to save time by pursuing the work with great celerity. Frequently, revolution of our spices is provoked by a large sum of time. However, even with the miraculous advantages of awe-inspiring toilets, Japan was struck down by the notorious World War2. Though this was an unexpected turn of events, Japan was able to induldge in western design methodology. And the rise of Japan began. Soon, Japan was known for the best creator of “Western toilets”. As Japan dominated toilet industry in just few decades after it was first introduced to its country, Japan is clearly a gifted soul as toilet innovators.
Japan also exceeds in mobility. In one of the most famous movies “CARS”, people from other countries were dazzled by the stunning "Omotenashi" Japanese toilets had. While other countries suffered from developing its design, Japan made a huge progress by combing cutting- edge technologies in the world. Consequently, most of the toilets used in social occasion are equipped with the state-of-the-art, technologies such as Washlet, Otohime, Automatic Benza, and perhaps most astonishing of all, shooting games. The merger of western design and Japanese culture is nothing else but a supreme experience.
However, we cannot neglect the interplay between toilets and its people. The irrefutable reason that Japan has the cleanest and luxurious toilet seats is because Japanese citizens have the best sense of togetherness. From the very first day we were born, we are usually told to look after the person next to them, and not to do anything that would upset others.
One might argue that China has the best toilets in the world. In terms of history, China goes beyond the levels of other countries, Japan included. However, the mixture of western algorithm and its culture was developed by the intervention of Japan.
Considering that Japan has created the best toilets in world with very little amount of time, Japan is without a doubt, the best toilet creator in the world. Nevertheless, as the design of toilets are influence by it's culture, we must not forget to cherish each one of them, even if they are not as good as Japan’s.
