Moroccan handicrafts (Copper and mMetal) 👉Morocco is a land that is resplendent with age-old traditions, artisans that follow skills handed down through many generations, and a wide range of stunning crafts and arts. Many techniques, including some of those discussed below, were born in the former imperial city of Fez, a city that, despite being previously overshadowed by Marrakech, is now starting to blossom once again. Fez is a centre for metalwork, copper, and handmade teapots, side tables, lamps, mirror frames, and trays are among the items visitors can see being made. The souks are ideal for peeking into workshops and browsing an assortment of completed wares. In addition to copper, the city is well known for bronze items. Watch as artisans hammer the robust yellow-tinged metal to create sturdy plates and trays, and admire lavish chandeliers created to lavishly embellish any ceiling. The main metalworking areas are close to Attarine Square and at Place Seffarine. Glasswork, musical instruments, bone carving, wood carving, and stonework are just a few other traditional crafts that can be spotted on a trip to Morocco’s fascinating city of Fez. 👉Follow us and tag yourself if you are interested in sharing your most perfect pictures of our beautiful country @moroccofriendlytravel Credit:® @hafiidii.omaar @walidtighazoui @sarahwilliams #working_artists #artists #artworks #artandcrafts #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #craft #gallery #art #mosaicartist #morocco #fes #safi #Marrakesh #pottery #designer #handmade #artist #art #handcrafted #artisan #designermaker #artoftheday #criativity #claylife #potterystudio #dreamcatchers #artisan #homedecor #eztravel
