Metal Mesh for Cryogenic Pumps (cryo mesh) is a precision-engineered metal mesh designed specifically for cryogenic vacuum systems. It is primarily used in the cryopump systems of MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) equipment to capture particles and oil vapor, ensuring stable vacuum conditions and efficient operation. Mesh for Cryo Details

I. Flat mesh:

Use flat mesh machine to flat mesh metal mesh, mesh surface unevenness ≤ 5mm, in order to achieve the customer's requirements for the flatness of the mesh surface.

 

II. Pulling mesh:

By drawing the mesh, the unevenness of the mesh surface, not tightly woven and other conditions are improved to enhance the flatness and tightness of the mesh surface.

 

III. Stamping and cutting:

Strip cutting machine: cut according to the customer's drawing requirements, can cut the width of the mesh into the narrowest 5mm mesh strips, the precision can be ± 0.5mm

 

Mold stamping: the precision of the bilateral gap between the concave and convex molds is guaranteed to be 0.004mm-0.006mm, and the roundness is guaranteed to be 0.003mm, and the outer diameter of the mesh is guaranteed to be within ±0.1mm.

 

Laser cutting machine: through the program setting can be cut into regular or irregular mesh, the highest precision up to ± 0.1mm.

 

IV. Roll rolling mesh

Through rolling, the wire mesh can reach the thickness, flatness, and edge of the mesh as required by the customers.

 

V. Vacuum heat treatment

The use of vacuum furnace will be high mesh stainless steel mesh vacuum heat treatment to meet customer requirements.

Mesh Cutting

Use the high-precision automatic cutting machine to accurately slice the mesh into a number of neat mesh strips, the precision of the mesh strips reaches ± 0.5mm.

 

Mesh Rolling

Place the cut mesh strips on the automatic rolling machine, during the rolling period every 4 minutes, the lever micrometer on the rolling machine will automatically measure the thickness to ensure that it meets the set standard, if the value is abnormal, the system will trigger an alarm to ensure the quality of the product.

 

Mesh Stamping

The stamped out mesh usually has good surface finish and flatness, ellipticity. The equipment is equipped with automatic feeding and receiving functions, which not only reduces manual intervention, but also improves the stability of product quality.

Mesh Inspection

1. using the mesh card to detect the mesh of the mesh, to ensure the consistency of the label and the real thing

 

2. according to the tearing off of the mesh to calculate the average weight of the mesh

 

Mesh Inspection

First Inspection: The first 10 pieces to be punched out from the machine should be inspected (OD, burr, ovality) to check the condition of the molds to ensure that they are working properly and are not worn or damaged.

 

Inspection: Continuously monitor product quality during the production process to ensure stability and consistency.

 

Final Inspection: The punched out mesh should be inspected in appearance for each piece, and the weight of each box should be measured, and the result of each inspection should be recorded in detail for subsequent tracing and quality analysis. Ensure that each barrel of product meets customer standards

 

Thickness Inspection

Automatic roller press in the process of thickness measurement every 4 minutes if abnormal alarm control, the operator will be a daily system to check and record data, shipment of 5% of each batch for re-inspection, to ensure product quality
