not bad

Yesterday,I was with my girlfriend after one month absence,
We had been at Umeda and went to Game Center.
We played the coin game ,UFO catcher.
It was a fun.

The day before yesteｒday we went a bar in Tennoji.
We came across with my friend.
It was just as I had expected,but amazing.

The bar was very good,the food was very nice.
My girl was delighted that the price was reasonable.

Today,my attending operation was the artificial vessel replacement.
It was fun because we saw abdominal structure much.
I was in stomach cancer team before,so I studied much about the anatomy about there.
So I was able to realize well.

If the vessel in the abdomen is blocked,the flow to the organs become decrease.
Then、it causes a variety of symptom.

If things come to the worst,the organ become spoilt.
So for the patient,the operation was needed.

I cannot work out in the operation.
It's difficult still.
I have many things to do.
Image training is very important,I have realize recently.

It is tough but have to enjoy.

restarting the diary

I stopped writing the diary because I had to study heart surgery.
I have stopped written for a month but I thought I had to study English for my career.

This month,the work in the heart surgeon department is not harder than I expected.
So,I could study much and I enjoyed heart surgery.
Of course I didn't work much yet but I settled down to some degree,so I decided to restart studying English.

My goal of this intern's six months is to read all Japanese text of heart surgery.
It's not only reading but reading and realizing almost completely.

And my next two years goal is to pass the USMLE.
It's not to want to do but to have to do.
Do my best me.
It's hard way,I know,but it's enjoyable.

Hokkaido 3

last day in Hokkaido

My girlfriend had to come back to Tokyo,so it remained a little time.
We decided to go to Abashiri and we watched the Abashiri Prison.
And it was very pity but I sent my girl friend to Memanbetsu airport.

After that I didn't decide what to do,but I felt that I wanted to go to Lake Masyu.
It remained four or five hours but I left the airport and head for the lake a little hurriedly

On the way,I could watch the wide natural view.
And the closer I came to the lake,the denser the fog　got.
And it was very fearful to drive in such dense fog.
It was really terrible.
It was like a stairway to heaven or hell.

But I arrived at Lake　shikotu、there was very mysterious.
I was impressed.
There were many Korean tourist and they took a photograph　of my car.
And they seemed to be delighted.

And I came near to the Lake Masyu,the fog was getting denser.
And i finally arrived at lake Masyu.
I could not see the surface of lake because of the sense fog sometimes.
But sometimes I could see the lake itself.
Lake Masyu was more mysterious than lake Shikotsu.

And the Hokkaido trip was finished.
On the whole, the Hokkaido had very good views.
But food was not delicious than I expected.

The mountain,sea and lake were good!!
