フィリピン、スリランカなど
いつも言われることば

あなたが決めたらいい
日本社会では、You must が多い中
こんな言葉は、ほぼ言われることはない
日本でも、そんな言葉が普通に
聞こえてくるようになれば
多様性diversity という考え方も
もっと身近に感じるんだろうな
そんな社会を目指して頑張っていこう

This kind of words are rare to be heard in Japanese society!
I mean “you must “it is used as usual.
If we can hear such positive words as usual in Japan
I think people will feel more familiar with the idea of diversity
I will do my best to achieve such a society.
