剣菱と茶碗蒸し＜剣菱と茶碗蒸し＞
家内と一緒に今日のお酒は「剣菱」です。これ久しぶりだ、兵庫県伊丹の銘酒だ。若い時この伊丹に住んでいたのでよく知っています。「酒飲みの酒」と言われるほどでおいしかったな！定番の「茶碗蒸し」もバッチシ美しく美味しく作りました。
Today's liquor Sake is "Kenbishi" superior brand of Itami Hyogo after a long time.When being young, I lived Itami city near Osaka airport, so I know "Kenbishi" well. This was called "drunkard's very good liquor".
I drank with my wife and ate pot-steamed hotchpotch that is also I made weekly pot-steamed hotchpotch.
