It's a community of friends who live with you. What do you usually say to your body? Isn't it mostly just complaints? "Why doesn't it work the way I want it to?" "Why does it feel bad?" "Why does it succumb to illness?" Will your friends who coexist with you like that? Let's think about it from the other person's perspective!
