脳細胞も、血管の細胞も、内臓の細胞も、筋肉の細胞も、
みな協調して働き続けないと生命は維持できないのです。
細胞同士が助け合わないと、自分は、死んでしまうのです。
地球という生命体においても同じなのです。
人々が助け合わないと、地球は生きていけないのです。
地球という素晴らしい環境を維持していくうえでも、生命
同士の助け合いが基礎となるのです。
人の気持ちや置かれた状況を思いやって、親切にしましょう！
自分にできることがあったら、どんどん手助けしましょう！
それが、地球平和維持のエネルギーを生み出していきます。

Brain cells, blood vessel cells, internal organ cells, and muscle cells all need to continue to work in coordination in order to maintain life.
If cells do not help each other, they will die.
The same is true of the living organism called Earth.
If people don't help each other, the Earth cannot survive.
Mutual support among living things is the basis for maintaining the wonderful environment that is Earth.
Be considerate of other people's feelings and situations and be kind!

ついつい、自分だけのことを祈る、家族のことを祈る、友人のことを祈る
程度にとどまってしまいがちです。
これを、目の前の人の幸せを祈る、地域の幸せを祈る、国の幸せを祈る
地球の幸せを祈る、宇宙の幸せを祈ると祈る範囲を拡大していくことが大切です。
他人より自分が恵まれることを祈るのではなく、
他人も自分も、ともに幸せになるよう頑張りますと祈るのです。
より大きな愛と深い慈悲で生きるように頑張りますと祈るのです。

It is important to expand the scope of your prayers to include praying for the happiness of the person in front of you, the local community, the country, the Earth, and the universe.
Instead of praying that you will be more fortunate than others, pray that you will work hard to make both yourself and others happy.
Pray that you will contributing to this world with greater love and deeper compassion.
