共同社会を活用して生き抜いてきた人間の本能です。
努力したら、その分、周りから評価されたいと欲しています。
でも、そうはいかないのがこの世です。
努力の方向性が、評価者が求めている方向と違うと、評価されません。
とにかくお金を沢山稼げという評価者と世の中をより善くする仕事をしようという評価者では、評価が違ってきます。
信仰が違うというだけで、人が次々殺された国・時代もあったのです。
自分の命を守るためには、他人を殺さなければならない国・時代もあったのです。
ヒットラーが評価者であった地域そして時代もあったのです。
そういう場合は、一旦、その力が及ばない地域に逃げるしかないかも知れません。
努力をしているのに、それが認められないのは悔しいですが、かといって、自分の良心に反してはいけません。
評価されたい欲は、人を街張った方向に導くことがあります。
評価されたい欲は、あって当然ですが、大いなる愛や深い慈悲を優先しましょう！

Everyone has a desire to be recognized.
It's a human instinct that has survived by making use of communal society.
If you work hard, you want to be recognized by those around you.
But that's not how it works in this world.
If the direction of your efforts is different from what the evaluator is looking for, you won't be recognized.
The evaluation will be different between an evaluator who just wants you to make a lot of money and an evaluator who wants to work to make the world a better place.
There have been countries and times when people were killed one after another simply because they had different faith.
There were times in countries when one had to kill others in order to protect one's own life.
There was a region and time when Hitler was the evaluator.
In such cases, you may have no choice but to flee to a region where his power does not reach.
It's frustrating when your efforts are not recognized despite your efforts, but you must not go against your conscience.
The desire to be recognized can sometimes lead people in the wrong direction.
It's natural to want to be recognized, but let's prioritize great love and deep compassion!
