今はレンタルのグローバルWiFiがありますが、もっと便利な方法があるんです。

カンボジアでは、WiFiよりもSIMカードの方が使いやすいと感じます。
この国では5社の大きな通信事業があって、今回はその中のSMARTという会社の紹介をしてみたいと思います。
Before departure we must change the mode to free sim mode in our communication company site,docomo/au/softbak etc.
We can get a SIM card in the airport(first pic) or in the city(second pic).
If we forget getting it in the airport, there are many shop where we can get a SIM card in the city.
出発前に、必ずフリーSIMモードに切り替えておいてくださいね。契約している通信事業者（ドコモ、AU、ソフトバンクなど）のサイトで手続きを行うことができます。
SIMカードは空港（1枚目の写真）でも手に入れられますし、街の中（2枚目の写真のようなお店）でも大丈夫です。
もし、空港で買い忘れても、街の中にはSIMカードを手に入れられるお店がたくさんありますので心配ないです。
We need three step for setting SIM card.
1 Get a SIM card 2 Charge some money( we charge 5$ ) 3 Set APN in the cellphone
It may cost around 10$.
Step 3 is most important. We can find mobile network icon in setting.
We touch it and select APN(Access Point Network) where we choose telecommunication name,SMART.
It makes our cell phone activate.Actually we must do one more step.
We have got some money,so charge it to your cell phone.
SIMカードの設定は3つのステップで完了です。
１SIMカードを購入します ２現金をチャージします（5ドルぐらいでいいかも）
３携帯のAPNを設定します。
これで手続き完了です。トータルでも10ドル前後でおさまります。
3番目が結構重要ですので、捕捉します。設定画面のその他の中にモバイルネットワークというアイコンがあります。
それを押していただくと次の画面でAPNという文字を選べますので、それを押して出てくるSMARTという今回利用する会社名を選択してください。
これで携帯は使える状態になります。お店の人が勝手にやってくれるところもあります。
実際には最後にもう一押し必要で、先ほど購入した5ドルを携帯電話にチャージしなければいけません。
