My First Blog

Hello Eveyone!

I have had a bit of spare time on my hands lately and thought i would start up a blog dedicated to my 2 little dogs....

I am originally from Sydney, Australia and relocated to Japan not long after high school, and have been here now from just over 3 years. I am finding life in Japan very fun and exciting, I have my ups and downs just like any foreigner would, but overall i wouldnt change a thing.

Living with me are my 2 beautiful mini fox terriers, named Sydney (after her place of birth), and Kumataro (Just because i think it is such a cute name!). Both of the dogs were brought over to Japan from Sydney, Australia. They have adjusted very well to living in another country and so far have had no problems!

Sydney is a wonderful little thing, she is 15 months old, she is a very energetic litte thing with such a friendly personality! She arrived in Japan last summer and she always makes my day! Kumataro just arrived in Japan February 2009, he is smaller than Sydney and has far less energy, which is a great thing. He loves to cuddle up and sleep while Sydney runs circles around the both of us!

Sydney and Kuma have already formed a strong bond with one another, hopefully by May 2009 we will be expecting our first litter, and i am looking forward to having some more little pups around the house. I hope that they all find great homes, these dogs are great for anyone. In Australia they are very popular as they can adjust to living anywhere: Family houses, Farms, Apartments etc...... and they are especially great around children.

These are 2 very special Australian dogs who have ended up all the way in Japan, i hope this blog offers some information to anyone who would like to know more about my little international dogs, or are interested in owning one of your own! Feel free to ask any questions - in Japanese or English!
