Reading: Choose an article you find interesting in the newspaper- or on the internet TRY AND RELATE IT TO INQUIRY.
Cut it out and glue it into your book. Read the article underlining any words that you aren’t sure of. Create text to world, text to self, and text to text connections within this reading make sure you label each connection and write why you associate that connection to it.

4. Opinionated Writing: 9am to 3pm is the perfect time for students to attend school. Write an opinion piece to agree or disagree with this statement. Half a page. Make sure you check your punctuation, vocabulary and spelling.
