I studied "a present perfect" at school.
I understood that Grammer,
BUT...
I don't understand when I should use it well.
I asked some instructors that question.
However I couldn't get the clear answer.

I want to know the feeling for using perfect form.
Long time no see.
One of my favorite teachers has returned to school from this month.
I heard that he has another job except teaching English.
Anyway, I get the new fun to go for lesson.
I try writing an article again.
I went to the party that our school held yesterday.
It was "Halloween Party 2007".
It was the first time that I participated in such party.
There were about 50 people including staffs, instructors and students.
Almost all staffs put halloween costume on, for example,
the hats of wicth, pumpkin-shaped headdresses and a mantles of Doracula and so on.
At the beginning of the party, the manager said that we student should ask 3 questions to instructors if we would like to get something to drink.
I felt I was in trouble.
What kind of question should I ask instructors ?
Thanks to an instructor who often taught me,
I could get a bottle of beer somehow.
I thought that I might not be able to drink anything.
I was eager. 
At that time, I got to know with some instructors who I have not told with yet.
I will try one of them at next lesson.
I also met other students.
We usually study on one to one basis, we reraly talk with each other.
I met a cheerful girl there.
She was very interesting.
She is a beginner of studying English like me, but she is very positive to speak English.
I feel I should learn from her examples.
I should go ahead without being shy like her.
( I should ask her a contact address... Oh, no... (ﾉ_-｡) )
I have to try my best.
It was exciting party.
I enjoyed it.
I drank alcohol after a long absence, so I got drunk....
I stayed in all the time on Sunday.
