久しぶりに友人と、盛岡の老舗コーヒー店「リーベ」に行きました。
平日の朝9時過ぎにもかかわらず、店内はすでに多くのお客さんで賑わっていました。
外で友人を待っていると、桜山神社通りから男性が現れ、スマホを片手に「ここにあるんだ」とつぶやきながら店内へ。市街から来たのでしょうか。それほどの人気店なのだと改めて感じました。
友人と合流し、2階のゆったりとしたソファ席へ。私はモーニングのトーストセットを、友人は卵セットを注文しました。モーニングセットはドリンク付きで、価格は580円から。

コーヒーはもちろん、最後の一口まで美味しくいただきました☕️。
クリームは「フローズンクリーム」と呼ばれるものでしょうか？これ自体も美味しかったです。

I went to Liebe, a well-known coffee shop in Morioka, with a friend for the first time in a while. Even though it was just past 9 AM on a weekday, the place was already packed.
While I was waiting outside, a man walked up from Sakurayama Street, checking his phone— probably looking up the location. “Oh, so this is where it is,” he said before heading inside. Maybe he was from out of town? It really showed how popular this place is.
Once my friend showed up, we grabbed a comfy sofa seat on the second floor. I got the morning toast set, and my friend went for the egg set. The morning sets come with a drink and start at 580 yen—not bad!
The coffee, of course, was great till the very last sip. ☕️
And that cream—was it frozen cream? Whatever it was, it had a nice texture and tasted pretty good on its own too.
