I'm going to this gym call "Energy Fit by Mr PINK". This gym is so pritty I think all girls love this gym. It's located in Shybuya. I used to go to gym in Roppongi but friend of mind, she is a trainer at Energy Fit and my other friend also goes to this gym. So I dicited to change to this one. This gym is only for women and everything so cute. It is all around pink.
It is really motivate me and makes me to want to go to gym again which is really nice. The programs are well efficient to your body and music while we are working out is also motivate you. You cannot fine a gym like this anywhere. Because this gym is only in Tokyo. It is really fun to work out with friends in this atmosphere!
