ジャズの定番曲「Footprints」挑戦しました♪

この曲はノリノリな曲でもないし、甘い感じの曲でもなく、あまりジャズに馴染みがない人が聴いたらギターの音が外れてるように聞こえるかもしれないけど、おどろおどろしい雰囲気が好きです♪ ^^
フレーズ自体はそんなに難しくないけど、六分の三拍子っていう少し変わったリズムに合わせて弾くのが難しかったです。
スネアの打ち込みも規則的に打たず、かなり休符が多くスカスカなのでリズムに乗るのが難しかったです。^^;;
ハイハット、シンバル、タムはセンハイザーの無料ドラム DrumMic’a です。シンバルやハイハットの鮮明さや繊細さにかけてはBFDやSuperioir Drummer などの市販品と比べても結構いい勝負するのではないでしょうか。
アナログ感やグルー効果を出すためにIk Multimedia のPultec type EQ を全チャンネルに挿しました。なんでもただ挿すだけでもわずかに倍音を付加する効果があるとかないとか。バイパスで聴き比べてないけど、少～し効果あったような気がします、笑。
他にもSonimus Satson CM やToneboosters のテープマシーン Reelbus も挿してます。
アップライト ベースはSampleTank 3です。迫力ある音にするために低音を結構ブーストしました。もしかしたらやり過ぎたかも。^^;;; もしそうだったら教えて下さい。
This Jazz song is not exciting or mellow. Maybe some of you are not familiar with Jazz feel these guitar phrases are out of tune or scales. xD But I like the kind of spooky vibe.
Basically the guitar phases in the song are simple but it was quite difficult to play with unfamiliar rhythm 4/6 and to program irregular snare hits.
the hihat, cymbal and toms are a free drum kit Sennheiser's DrumMic’a. I like the pristine sound. When it comes to hihat or cymbal, it can compete with BFD or Superior Drummer.
For analog-taste and glue effect, I inserted Sonimus Satson CM and IK's Pulteq type EQ on every channel. (I've heard that the EQ and IK's Fairchild give harmonics just by inserting on channels even if they are not tweaked at all)
I didn't check it out with "bypass" but it might work. :) Also, I applied Tonebooster's Reelbus on the master channel.
This Upright bass is Sampletank 3, btw. For powerful and heavy sound, I boosted the low end of the upright bass but Maybe the low end could be too much on your audio system. If so, please let me know.
