Mimu-Rice-Omelet

As my husband worked into the early hours of this morning and seemed to be much tired...

And so I wanted to give him some kind of pick-me-up!
I made one of his favorite food, rice omelet




I made a special tomato sauce, too!
You can make it only you mix grated tomato and ketchup by same measure and　boil them at medium heat.
The tartness off fresh tomato accentuates the sweetness of a ketchup.
It's tasty and more than I expected

I wish he'll like it...
