さてさて、
航空会社とのチャットは電話より
便利なんですが、
航空会社のサイトからはできなくて、
アプリからのみ、
となります。
なので、アプリを入れるところから。
そうして、
アプリを開けて、
アカウントの番号をいれて、
登録して、と。
アプリからだと、
メッセージができるように。
さっそく、
キャンセル番号と
チケット番号を記して、
マイルが戻るのはいつ頃でしょう？
と聞く。
そうすると、
（って、掛かりの人が来るまで、
３０分以上掛かったのだけど）
２，３日くらいで戻るでしょう、
と返事が。
ふっと思い立って、
パソコンで、デルタのアカウントを見ると、
９万５千ドルが戻っている！
早々にお礼を言って、
チャットを終わらせて、
新たに特典チケットを取ることに。
チョイスはあまりないのだけど、
無事取れました！
