2018年オーストラリアフード展示会が無事終わりました！セットアップから、毎日のお客様の立会いを丸4日間やってきました！
Just finished a week at the Australian Fine Foods expo in Melbourne.
今年は、お茶屋としてと、お茶を使った商品(イタリアジェラート、ソフトクリーム、チョコレート、ネスプレッソカプセル)なども展示させていただきました！それとともに、新しいロゴにもなり、気合いが入ってました！
ブースへおこしてくれたお客様にはとても良いフィードバックや、相談も受けました。
隣に展示した会社はオーストラリアで最大ドリンクメーカーBickfords やBundaberg でした！Bickfords さんには毎年トップマネージャーとお会いしたり、仲良くさせていただいてます。今年はBundaberg の営業マネージャーともみんなで、展示会終えて、飲み会やご飯も一緒に行ってきました！
弊社のジェラートを作ってくれている工場のオーナーさんとも普段忙しくて、なかなか仕事以外に話できなかったですが、今回はご飯もごちそうしてくれました！
みんな、それぞれ会社を頑張っていて、自分も勇気と心強くなりました！やっぱり、経験者からのアドバイスや経験話を聞くのは本当に大事ですね！
さて、展示会終わりましたが、これからが勝負です。新しいお客様の営業フォローアップが来週から始まります。シドニーへ戻ってきたのでこれからまた頑張っていきまーす！
Just finished a week at the Australian Fine Foods expo in Melbourne.
From set up, to 4 full days at the event it was a busy week!
We had our new logo largely displayed, with our new product lines of gelato, Nespresso capsules, Softserve Icecream and chocolates.
Beside us was Australia’s biggest beverage companies Bickfords and Bundaberg! We are lucky to have the chance to always meet with our Bickfords friends and sure enough this year we all went out for some drinks and dinner after the show. Was great to get good business related advice in the beverage industry, export options and overseas expos.
Managed to catch up with our gelato manufacturer too and they were so kind to treat us out for dinner . During the year we are all so busy with our own businesses and schedules so it was great to finally be able to catch up with everyone outside the work environment.
It’s given me more hope and ideas for our own business in the near future.
Now that Fine Foods is over, its only the beginning for us to ensure the show was worth it.
I’d like to thank all those who came by and took the time in talking with us at the expo and we will soon be catching up with some apportionments in the next couple of weeks.
Back in Sydney now, can’t wait to start another week from tomorrow!
