Its main hall is the 2nd largest wooden structure in japan. 34 meters tall! 68 pillars support this building and they r native wild trees! (cypress, cider, pine, cherry trees....)My recommended souvenir is a lucky charm sold at kimpusenji temple. It's made of a cherry tree. It's very small but can ward off evil sprits and bring happiness to you! There r 3 great images of Buddha and they r colored in blue! The color means compassion but their faces r really scary. This is because the founder requested 3 Buddha to change into (have shown up with) terrifying appearance to rule the world at that time, he believed it worked. They embody the past, present, and future.Only limited season in spirng and autumn , it's open to the public. If u can see them, u r soooo really lucky☺︎ここめちゃ好き。YOSHIMIZU shrine is designated as a world cultural heritage site.
