Oops. *talks in a whisper* I didn't realize it's only been an 2 hours after midnight there in Japan right now. Sumimasen! Sumimasen! (＞_＜)
Well today seems just like any ordinary fall morning. （Ｔ＿Ｔ） All I actually see is gray skies. DDD:
And all this time I was hoping to wake up to a morning when the first thing I see is a bright-shining summer sun. WHY, OH, WHY did my parents choose Washington as the state in which we will live in. (_ _。)
So yes, I'm stuck here inside my house staring out the window like a prisoner.
So to keep myself busy, okasan had set aside a to-do list for me this afternoon. Well on the bright side, she'll be paying me five bucks if I clean under my bed. There really isn't much too clean anyway. I guess she should've just told me to seperate the stuff into 4 piles, one for keeping, one for discarding, one for donating, and one for recycling. You see, we'll be moving into our new apartment in a few weeks so she wants me to get everything done as soon as possible.
Next, I'll be washing the dishes. That's another $0.05 for me. o(^-^)o
Then, I'll be doing 3 other chores of my choice. AAAANNNDDD, Miki scored another $0.75. Hehehe.
Oh, and about the money? I made a deal with her that if I did my chores starting from this very day, she'll be paying me money. Because you see, I need A LOT of stuff for my new room, like furniture, organizers, decorations, etc. and it costs a lot. And if I pay for everything, then one, she'll be proud of me and two, she doesn't have to worry about paying for the things herself. She gets cranky whenever I ask her anyway, so it's better to just hand over the money and get it all over with.
What a nice daughter I am. ('-^*)/
But before I start doing all of this, I'll be tearing up pages again from used magazines left around my room right now. I'm saving them all so that I could cover up my new plain white walls with something more interesting. I have, like, SO MUCH already. I'm actually surprised myself. I never knew I could get that many. (☆｡☆)
Plans for my new room have already been set aside. Everything's actually... ORGANIZED, for once. It's amazing. XDDD I guess this "summer" really is full of wonders.
OMG! I can't wait till my family starts to actually go somewhere this vacation. First stop: PORTLAND, OREGON. We're going to stay there overnight so I thought I might as well do some shopping. It depends, though. Okasan hates traveling in gloomy weather. So while she's still working, otousan and I might watch a baseball game at Seattle in a few days. IT'S GOING TO BE MY FIRST TIME!! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ So as you can see, I'm really excited. And anyways, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE baseball. Even if I'm a girl. Hah, otousan also promised me that he'll catch a home-run ball as well, so I'm hoping we get to sit in the front row. If he does get one (or two--EEEP!), I'll be sure to put it in my new room as well. o(^-^)o
I'm so hyped now! Even in this weather, I'll still manage to have fun. (*^ー^)ノ
